PERMANENT EXHIBITION
T he Gyula Castle awaits its visitors with 24 exhibition rooms: on the ground floor, you can find the castle dungeon, the food store, the oven house, the smith -, and pottery workshop, the wine gallery and the chapel. On the floor above there is the mistress', castle lord's and reeve's suite, the castle lord's office, the bey's parlour, arsenal, halberdier hall, and the knight's hall.
The castle museum shows us how the castle lord and mistress lived, what is the difference between the bey's and castle lord's office, and what weapons were used in warfare in the past centuries. The castle's rededicated chapel hosts christenings and weddings, while the knight's hall is capable of holding receptions and conferences.
